“I don’t know the content of our alarm contract. I do not understand the people on the phone. Can you take care of it?”
“Can you provide me with a good internet service?”
“Can you recommend a good office/company that can lead us through the buying process of our apartment?”
“Can you recommend a good gardener?”
“My property will be transferred today. Can you be present?”
“The communication within our association of owners is not going well because of the variety of nationalities. Can you mediate?”
I have 25+ years of experience in legal, organizational and financial services in the Netherlands and Spain. You are in good hands with me with these and other matters. Communication is one of my core qualities. Besides Dutch, I also speak English, Spanish, German and French.

As a student, I was looking for a nice affordable flat in Marbella to bridge my internship period of 5 months! But it was so difficult to find something at first! And it was only about money with expensive student agencies! There was no assistance at all! So I reached out to the super sweet help of Tanja!
In addition, the Spanish sites for finding flats are quite cumbersome and unclear. Locals often only speak Spanish which makes communication difficult. Tanja was able to assist us optimally as she speaks fluent Spanish, which makes the connection between the homeowner and the tenant more pleasant. Since the verbal and non-verbal communication then goes without a hitch due to the super help of Tanja!
